Ready to stop talking about “man skills” and actually start building them with your son? Fathers and sons please join us as we roll up our sleeves and work side-by-side and hands-on with metal forging and welding (building a knife, ax and metal cross).

Praise Moves is a Christian fitness program that incorporates scripture and emphasizes stretching and strengthening. For all age groups and fitness levels.
